Through intentional movement, breath, and awareness, we explore what it means to feel fully alive in your body. About Me
I stepped into my first yoga class at fifteen, unaware that it would evolve into a lifelong passion and a daily ritual of connection. What began as curiosity soon became a profound relationship with my body, breath, and inner world.
After years of personal practice and exploring different approaches to movement and mindfulness, I felt called to begin my teacher training journey. Yoga has added incredible depth to my life—it has helped me soften, strengthen, and truly listen to myself. I often feel grounded and expansive all at once, fully present yet uplifted.
This embodied sense of freedom and euphoria is what inspires me to teach. My intention is to share movement as a feeling rather than a shape, and to guide students toward a deeper trust in their own bodies.
My classes are rooted in fluid, creative sequencing and intuitive flow, accessible to all levels. Rather than focusing on fixed postures, we move with breath, sensation, and curiosity—encouraging exploration and inner awareness. Students are invited to step off their mats feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced, and more connected to themselves.
