Connect & Flow: Yoga with Your Baby

This class is designed with you in mind.

It’s a space to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and find a moment of calm in the beautiful chaos of parenthood. While the focus of the practice is on your movement, breath, and wellbeing, your little one is always welcome by your side.

Bring your baby along and settle into a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone else has their children with them too. There’s no pressure for silence, no stress if your baby needs feeding, changing, cuddling, or soothing — this is a space that understands real life with little ones.

We move, we breathe, we stretch, we strengthen — and we do it together.

And because community matters just as much as movement, we’re located right next to a lovely coffee shop. After class, you’re invited to join us for a chat, connection, and that much-needed daily dose of caffeine.
