Spring Awakening Yoga Retreat – A Sunday Reset

Give your body, mind and soul the reset they’ve been craving. As the energy of spring begins to awaken around us, this gentle and nourishing yoga workshop offers space to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

Below is a glimpse of what to expect

Meditation

We begin by creating space to slow down and turn inward. Through a guided meditation, you’ll be invited to gently quiet the mind, connect with your breath, and cultivate a sense of presence. This moment of stillness helps set the tone for the retreat, allowing you to release mental clutter and arrive fully in the present moment.

Gentle Yoga

The gentle yoga flow focuses on mindful, embodied movement designed to awaken the body with care and ease. Through slow, nourishing postures and conscious breathing, we’ll release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with the body. 

Relaxation

We close the session with a deeply restorative relaxation, giving the body time to integrate the practice. As you rest in stillness, guided cues will help you soften, unwind, and fully let go. This peaceful ending allows your nervous system to reset, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded as you move into the rest of your day.
